"Today I hit a milestone"
Our diet is going great so far. I have lost another two pounds. I am actually hoping to gain a little weight (muscle wise). But first I am focusing on losing. I know it doesn’t really make any sense to focus on losing and then gaining since both can happen at the same time. But that’s what I’m doing anyway. It is working for me so far so it doesn’t matter who says it doesn’t work.
Today I hit a milestone. Every Tuesday I have to take the kids I nanny to McDonalds. I never ate McD’s much before but since I was going there every Tuesday of course I wanted to eat it. I had it the first two weeks and then tried not to get it. It is really hard to turn down McDonalds when I am there and ordering food for the kids anyway, and then have to smell it while they eat it. I usually sneak a fry or two or a couple chicken nuggets or only what the kids don’t eat. But today I didn’t even want any! :)
I didn’t even think about ordering anything, and I don’t want any of the kids’ food. Instead I chose subway and didn’t get any cheese on it. I am proud of myself.
